Ariadne Terms and Conditions (Summary) Unless specifically agreed otherwise, the following terms and conditions apply to the Ariadne system: Ariadne is made available to organisations following payment of a licence fee. The licence is normally for one or three years. The fee is not refundable. At the end of the licence period, the licence is automatically renewed for a further year. Customers can choose to terminate the agreement by informing Softorque no later than 30 days before the end of the licence period. If there is any planned increase in the licence fee this will be communicated to the customer at least 90 days before the end of the licence period.
